2 eggs
250 gram quark (a can)
3 dl milk
7 dl wholewheat spelt flour
1 dl chopped walnuts
1 dl chopped apricots
salt
4 tablespoon baking powder
Mix everything together. Drop the dough on to a baking sheet, into nice portion sized- buns. (Ooo.. this english is bad, haha...don´t know how to express myself in english today...sorry! But i think you understand me...or? )
