Bountybollar = Bountyballs


25 g of coconut oil
1 cup cream
100g desiccated (flakes) coconut
80 g of dark chocolate

Melt the coconut butter in a saucepan. Add cream and coconut flakes. Bring to the boil. Flatten the mass on a plate and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Remove and roll mixture into small balls. Place balls in freezer for 1 hour. Melt the chocolate in a water-bath.Take out the balls from the freezer and dip them in melted chocolate. Let harden on baking-paper. Keep the balls in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge.
