800 grams of cod fillet
2 cans crushed tomatoes
2 cans (500 grams) creme fraiche (soured cream)
Salt, pepper, fish broth, cayenne pepper
Make the soup, taste and let simmer. Then add the fish. Let simmer for about 15 min.
Cod is not as 'oily' fish (word?), like salmon and mackerel, use a thicker creme fraiche -a jar of 15% and a jar of 30%. Of course you can add any fish you want in, but as the soup is quite 'fat', I prefer a lighter fish and cod fits quite good.
Not so remarkable - quick, easy and cheap....and good!
