I've just had a massage by lovely Åsa at flex massage. She told me that I need to start strengthening up Rhomboideus minor/major - the muscle thats stabilize the scapula, because I tend to be a little unstable, which isn´t so good. The things is, that I can feel that, but i´m so lazy sometimes, I mean it´s not so hard to do the exercise one or twice a week. So from tomorrow I will start to strengthen the rhomboid!
Watch out, here I come!
