Birthday dinner!

Celebrated dad's birthday yesterday, because he's in England on his birthday

Tomas got a taste of my daddy's self-made, home-brewed beer, a Pale Ale. 

And home made Birthday cake by Sandy. A yum yum yummi cake á la LCHF. I can promise!

Now:  cardio, biceps and triceps in the gym and later on SUN and a swim in the sea.
