Chicken burgers with healthy fries

Chicken burgers with healthy fries (4 servings)

Bake potatoes, sweet potatoes and turnips. olive oil, salt & pepper in the oven at 200-225 degrees for about 30 minutes.


Mix the minced chicken (400g) , 1 package chopped bacon, about 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, a little unsweetened bread crumbs, 1 chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper and thyme. The Parmesan cheese stick together mince, gives a good taste and a crisp finish. Make 4 burgers (100 grams / piece)

(This time I used turkey bacon.)





Serve with salad and a feta cream. (Sour crème, kvarg/kesella-english word?, feta cheese, salt and pepper)
