Spenat soppa/Spinach soup!

Spinach soup (4 pers)
1 kg of frozen creamed spinach
1 liter of water (If you want a creamier soup. Pour in 7 cups water and 3 cups cream)
1 stock cube (vegetable)
Salt and white pepper
Place the spinach in a saucepan. Let the spinach thaw on low heat, then raise the heat and pour in the water - simmer. Then add the broth, salt and pepper. It´s also good to top with some crispy bacon - see picture.

Serve with a hard-boiled egg / person and low-carb bread
